Do you need a copy of your vaccine records?

Your receipt is also a valid copy of your pet's vaccinations. If you email or call for records, there is a $10 administrative fee that will apply for all copies. Those needing a new rabies tag can request a replacement for $10 (includes new certificate, tag and shipping/handling).
