Veterinary Receptionist

Animal Clinics, Richland Hills & Fort Worth

Penny Paws Animal Clinic is seeking an outstanding full-time Veterinary Receptionist to cheerfully greet our clients and their furry family members at animal clinics. This important future team member will have a positive and energetic attitude, exceptional customer service skills, be detailed oriented, organized, have excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills and be very proficient with computers.

Duties for the receptionist role will include but are not limited to greeting clients and loving our patients, checking in and checking out clients, answering client questions, scheduling appointments, inputting data into electronic patient management software, processing payments, making correct change, running end of day transactions, patient record updates, appointment reminders and maintaining the reception and waiting areas. All team members must also be able to lift 30lbs.

Part Time and Full Time Veterinary Technician

Basswood Animal Clinic, Fort Worth

Penny Paws Animal Clinic is seeking an outstanding full-time Veterinary Assistant with reception experience. The person we are looking for must have some technician skills with blood draws, anesthesia induction/maintenance/monitoring, IV catheter placement, surgical prep, radiology, dental cleaning and clinical laboratory duties. The right person for Penny Paws will also have knowledge of animal wellness, possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, have the ability to lift at least 30 lbs., be detailed, organized and very proficient with computers. Other duties could include but are not limited to greeting clients, checking in and checking out clients, answering questions, scheduling appointments and processing payments.

Richland Hills Animal Clinic, Richland Hills and Basswood Animal Clinic, Fort Worth

Penny Paws has an outstanding open opportunity for a part time Veterinary Technician at our clinics in Fort Worth and in Richland Hills. Are you a Veterinary Technician who is compassionate, loves working with animals and people and wants to make a difference in the lives of animals? We are looking for a Tech that has good technical skills with IV catheter placement, venipuncture and is familiar with anesthesia monitoring.
